Day 2: Entebbe to Murchison Falls – Rhinos on Foot

After a leisurely breakfast, you will drive north for approximately three hours to the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. Here you will meet an armed ranger who will lead you on a private walking safari to find southern white rhinos. You will approach these gentle giants on foot, learning about their behavior and the sanctuary’s conservation success. After a picnic lunch, continue to Murchison Falls National Park, arriving at your lodge perched on the banks of the Nile. Day 5: Kibale – Chimpanzee Tracking and Private Sundowner

When you find the gorillas, you will have exactly one hour in their presence. Sit quietly, breathe deeply, and let the connection wash over you. A silverback may rest just meters away. After the trek, return to the lodge for a well earned lunch and a hot shower. In the evening, your lodge will prepare a private celebratory dinner with a cake and sparkling wine. Day 10: Bwindi to Entebbe – Departure with a Full Heart

After a final leisurely breakfast overlooking the misty peaks of Bwindi, you will begin your journey back to Entebbe. The drive takes approximately seven to eight hours, but your guide will make stops along the way to ensure comfort. You will stop for lunch at the Equator crossing point in Kayabwe, where you can stand with one foot in each hemisphere. A local guide will perform the water experiment demonstrating the Coriolis effect. Continue to Entebbe. Your Africa Exotic Safaris guide will transfer you to Entebbe International Airport for your departure flight.
